Singapore Regulations from ChartCo

ChartCo Ltd, the market leading provider of electronic data direct to ships at sea, has added the Singapore Flag State Regulations to its RegsManager™ product. The regulations have full equivalence to the paper product and subscribers get access on-line and via CDROM. The addition of Singapore follows close on the heels of Gibraltar and brings the number of states now available to 10.

The service provides the user access to local maritime legislation and the Singapore Maritime and Port Authority’s notices. In common with all RegsManager™ products, it also links directly to relevant International conventions such as SOLAS, MARPOL and STCW.

Working closely with regs4ships® Ltd, the addition of this latest service will complement other flags such as Bahamas, Marshall Islands and United Kingdom. There are 3 levels of subscription:

• Standard – An entry level subscription providing access to Flag State Legislation and Documentation.
• Premium – Standard subscription plus SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, EU Directives and ILO Conventions.
• Professional – In addition to including all of the content of the Standard and Premium subscription, Professional provides access to MCA

Instructions to Surveyors, IMO Resolutions, Circulars and a selection of IMO Codes.
